Coffee mate is the leader in the dairy creamer category. Our challenge was to entice brand rejectors who did not participate in any ‘artificial’ rituals—while still delivering a unique, Coffee mate experience.
We explored a range of solutions from optimizing existing flavor sources all the way to pioneering plant-based offerings. Natural Bliss hit the perfect note, with simple-yet-decadent flavors delivered through real, recognizable ingredients.
This new brand gave Coffee mate an authentic foothold in natural, which has allowed it to continue to credibly expand its line by 400% to include a broad range of dairy and plant-based varieties.
