We have found again and again that opening ourselves up in this way paves the way to meaningful understanding, connection, and growth.

Get Fresh Air

  • Breaking out from our offices, away from our screens, and into fresh air is key to reducing stress, reframing challenges, and refueling creativity. Regular walking meetings, nature-centric company retreats, and participation in outdoor activities from dog-walking to intense hiking are part and parcel to our culture and give us the fresh perspectives needed to keep going strong.​

Be a Good Human

  • For us, that materializes in being mindful of how we critique and build on ideas; in taking time for pro bono and socially responsible project work; and in never judging someone else's point of view without striving to understand it first. This level of empathy and advocacy gives our work meaning and makes our workplace one of purpose and promise.

Life Comes First

  • That means we don't work after hours, on weekends, or through vacations. And that also means that we allow time to care for ourselves and the people around us. These boundaries make for better output, stronger relationships, and more engaged, happier employees—although it does mean making some tough sacrifices from time to time.
