The Brand Now 20/20 process is utilized for all of our core offerings, including Innovation, Branding, Positioning, Naming and Promotions. Click on the arrows below to see how the process typically works.

<h5>KICK OFF.</h5>We'll discuss your business challenge and get a full understanding of your objectives, parameters and expectations for the project. Usually, the kick off is a free-flowing discussion and exchange of information and ideas, although the amount of background information available varies from client to client. Key client team and Brand Now project partners are present.

<h5>TERRITORY IDENTIFICATION & WORKSHOP PREPARATION.</h5>After the kick off meeting the Brand Now team will determine which key category drivers and opportunities to focus on. We'll then develop exercises with specific stimuli to use in our ideation workshops—these simple anchors have proven to be extremely effective at generating creative, actionable ideas.

<h5>CLIENT WORKSHOP.</h5>Many projects include an interactive workshop with the client team. This session harnesses the passion and expertise of your team. It also provides an opportunity for everyone to be heard and to take ownership of the final output.

<h5>CREATIVE MASTERMINDS<sup>™</sup> WORKSHOP.</h5>All projects include a 3-hour interactive workshop with 12 members of our panel of Creative Masterminds<sup>™</sup>. These participants are artists, writers, entrepreneurs and scientists—a mélange of super-creative people who are imaginative, articulate and prolific. Hundreds of ideas are generated per session.

<h5>IDEATION DEBRIEF & CONCEPT CREATION.</h5>Immediately following the workshop, the client and the Brand Now teams will review the output and have a working session to select the ideas that merit further development.

<h5>FINAL PRESENTATION.</h5>Ideas presented simply as words on a page can be uninspiring and ineffective at eliciting feedback from consumers or generating excitement among senior management. That's why we optimize the 20 top ideas that come out of the workshops and transform them into finished adcept or concept boards.
